Lauren Ziminsky is a real estate investor and educator. After personally investing significant capital with Sharpline Equity for several years, she joined the team full-time in 2024.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is passionate about helping people invest in real estate and understand the enormous tax advantages of this legacy altering asset class.

Lauren’s real estate portfolio spans over 500 units including single-family and multifamily properties as well as general partner and limited partner positions in numerous syndications. She has co-authored several real estate books, and is a coach and mentor to numerous investors.

She lives happily with her husband and two daughters in Los Angeles, California.
