Krista Testani, Principal and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all legal strategy and implementation, supporting our underwriting team and overseeing all asset performance and loan obligations. Krista previously founded Future Visions Properties, LLC. Krista formed Future Visions Properties with the same purpose and commitment as Sharpline Equity: to acquire multifamily properties in strategic markets throughout the United States and provide a vehicle for investors to diversify their portfolio and become passive owners in real estate. By doing so, they collect the cash flow these properties generate while enjoying tax benefits that are unique to owners of real estate. In addition, she is committed to acquiring assets where she can add value for the individual residents and the larger community as a whole.

Krista obtained her bachelor's at New York University in 1990 and law degree at Brooklyn Law School in 1994. After practicing law for several years her attention was drawn to real estate. Krista began her journey in real estate in 2009 by acquiring single-family homes on Long Island, NY, and rehabilitating them for resale. She transitioned into multifamily acquisitions in 2012. Her legal background has afforded her the skill set necessary to navigate the host of legal documents and challenges that are involved when raising private capital to acquire and manage multifamily properties.

Krista resides on Long Island with her husband and two children.
