Chris Jackson, Principal and Chief Executive Officer, leads the Sharpline Equity acquisitions team and is responsible for all operational strategies, systems design and process implementation.  Chris specializes in finding underperforming multifamily assets with high upside opportunities and has spearheaded the growth of the Sharpline Equity portfolio.

Chris obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts from Boston College in 1993 and spent the first 15 years of his career as an Information Technology consultant focused on optimizing operational efficiency to maximize profitability across a range of industries. He has provided strategic and tactical implementation on a suite of efforts including cybersecurity, project management, vendor selection, personnel selection/mentoring, and software architecture.

Chris co-founded Sharpline Equity in 2016 and brings his enterprise level experience to each new multifamily project acquired. He is the creator of the multifamily underwriting software Synthesis which is a tool used by hundreds of real estate operators across the United States.
